Dubai, UAE — 20Three Digital has signed its first Salesforce Storefront Next Commerce project with Cara Jewellers, marking a major milestone for digital commerce innovation in the Middle East.

The project positions 20Three Digital as the first Salesforce partner in the region to deliver Salesforce Storefront Next Commerce, bringing a modern, flexible, and customer-first commerce experience to one of Dubai’s most recognised fine jewellery brands.
Cara Jewellers, known for its craftsmanship, diamond collections, and luxury retail presence, is now taking
the next step in its digital transformation journey by investing in a commerce experience built for speed, flexibility, and personalisation. Cara’s official website highlights its focus on timeless beauty, exquisite craftsmanship, and ethically sourced jewellery, making the brand a strong fit for a premium digital commerce experience.

Salesforce Storefront Next Commerce separates the front-end customer experience from the back-end commerce engine, giving brands more control over how they design, personalise, and scale their digital storefronts. Salesforce describes Storefront Next commerce as a way for businesses to meet customers across different touchpoints using headless APIs and connected customer data.
For luxury retail, this approach is especially important. Customers no longer expect a standard online shop — they expect a digital experience that feels as premium, personal, and seamless as walking into a flagship store.

For Valbona Shehaj, Founder and CEO of 20Three Digital, the project represents a key moment for both the company and the region.
“This is a proud milestone for 20Three Digital. Delivering the first Salesforce Storefront Next Commerce project in the Middle East is not only a technical achievement, but a reflection of where the market is heading. Luxury brands need digital experiences that are faster, more flexible, and deeply connected to their customers. Cara Jewellers is the perfect brand to lead this shift with us.”
The implementation will help Cara Jewellers create a more scalable commerce foundation, allowing the brand to build a richer front-end experience while keeping Salesforce Commerce Cloud at the centre of its digital operations. Salesforce’s developer documentation describes its headless approach as a decoupled architecture where the storefront and customer experience are separated from the data and business logic, giving brands more flexibility in how they compose their digital experience.

This announcement comes shortly after 20Three Digital was named Salesforce Rising Partner of the Year in the Middle East, further strengthening the company’s position as one of the region’s fastest-growing Salesforce partners.
As commerce in the Middle East continues to evolve, 20Three Digital aims to support more brands in moving beyond traditional ecommerce and into connected, personalised, and future-ready customer journeys.
From award-winning Salesforce partner to regional headless commerce pioneer, 20Three Digital is helping shape the next chapter of digital commerce in the Middle East.
